Yes ZenMart delivers to all 7 UAE emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2PM (GST) are dispatched the same day. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS tracking update once your parcel is on its way.

Absolutely cash on delivery (COD) is available on all UAE orders. Simply select COD at checkout and pay the delivery driver when your order arrives at your door. No card needed, no upfront payment required. You only pay when you receive your item.

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on all ZenMart orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days no restocking fees, no hidden charges.
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Simply take a photo or short video of the item and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you. We cover all return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Yes you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but our 30-day return policy still applies and we will take care of you
